2. Booking terms

20% deposit due at booking; balance paid on tour day on site (cash or card). Each driver must hold a valid licence and be 18+. Passengers from age 8 ride behind an adult driver.

3. Weather

Tours operate rain or shine. Under a severe weather warning the tour is rescheduled free of charge.

4. Data protection

Your data is used only to organize your tour and is never sold. Access/rectification/erasure rights: write to privacy@boraboraatvtours.com. Retention: 3 years after last contact, automatic purge.

5. Insurance & liability

Each ATV carries third-party liability insurance. The driver remains responsible for damage caused by evident negligence.
